We didn’t find Samichlaus, instead settled for this Belgium stuff. It’s a dark beer, 11% alcohol by volume, tastes sweet. Apparently no bar in Hong Kong serves the Austrian stuff.

the restaurant is located on the north side of Lamma island. The ferry, which is charted by the restaurant, takes about 30 minutes from central star ferry terminal. We ordered Tsing Tao beer, razor clams, also called bamboo clams, roasted chicken (unfortunately completely overshadowed by the seafood), steamed clam with garlic, and sweet soybean tofu (豆腐花).

highway 4 is a restaurant in hanoi, it is most famous for its alligator spring roll. It is lightly fried, dipped in a slightly sour creamy sauce and wrapped with thyme. I’ve had bbq’ed alligator meat before, but this is a Vietnamese spin.
